Mr. Yves Matthews, President & Chief Executive Officer and the founder of CliffView Resort and Dive Spot is a frequent traveler to the Philippines back on the '60's. He was a model and at the same time works as a journalist / reporter featuring the lives and economy of the Filipino people. Not long that he was used to the custom of the people that he dreamt of spending his good life in the Philippines someday.

From then on and today, he was amazed by the beauty of the country, the island and specially its untouched beaches and dive spots scattered all over the Philippines specially on the island of Bohol. He then tried to embarked an ambitous project of his own, making birth the CliffView Resort and Dive Spot, in Tangnan, Panglao Island Bohol.

Mr. Matthews hope to spread his vision to his fellow Europeans and Westerners to come and visit Bohol, retire and have the best in life for almost FREE! You don't need to work like DYING in your country but work like LIVING in the Philippines!
